MedLand shop does not operate as a clinic but as a demonstration Centre (at your home or on the premises), where the public can come to try equipment/products and if they wish they can purchase them or continue to use. It is like a 'gym for your health’. Because the products we sell are for people’s health, many experiences a wide range of benefits and therefore can buy with confidence for home use. Also, Medland offers healthy food, supplements, health jewellery and other products.
Are you trained medics?
In the MedLand Demonstration centre, we are careful to explain to everyone that we are not trained medics and we are certainly not a medical centre or clinic, but simply a retail shop where our sole profit is derived from the rent or sale of thermal massage beds, eco mats, supplements, etc.
What to expect?
If you booked to visit MedLand’s Salon.
After booking the first appointment and you need to be at least 15 minutes earlier. (If you are a regular customer you need to be at least 5 minutes before your session will start).
You will need to fill up a consent form and read the health and safety policy. In the centre watch a video about the health benefits and how to use the equipment.
After that, you will be ready for your session.
If you are booking the equipment to rent at home.
You need to call us or email us for your appointment. You could describe the problem so we could collect the right equipment for you. (We strongly advise consulting with your doctor if you have any doubts)
We will visit your home and provide all the information required to start the session at your home. You will be watching an educational video and after that, we will answer all your questions.
20 minutes you will have a FREE session (delivery fees apply £15) and then you can decide if you want to continue to rent equipment.
Can the equipment be used with meditation?
In this matter, you need to consult with your doctor, but usually, the MedLand equipment could complement the treatment provided by your doctor.
Is there any side effect of using the equipment?
As all equipment using natural resources, there are no side effects. However, as our body absorbs toxins from food, cosmetics, and polluted air it becomes toxic. Toxins have to go somewhere, so please don't be surprised if you get diarrhoea, flu-like symptoms, joint or muscle pain, nausea, dizziness, sweating or a headache as your body tries to ‘push’ them out. Usually, it lasts from a minute or two to a few days, but it will pass.
Which equipment to choose?
MedLand staff is trained to explain and advise which equipment would be best for you, but it is your responsibility to decide.
If you have doubts we strongly advise consulting with your doctor which equipment would be best for you.
When can I expect to see the results?
When trialling MedLand products, guarantees are not made implicitly or explicitly, regarding an improvement to any medical, physical, psychological or mental conditions and every person’s experience is different.
As in the MedLand demonstration centre, we are trying to provide the ‘Right conditions’ for the body to recover therefore many people achieve immediate relief from certain pain or discomfort, but for others, it could take time.
How can I get a FREE trial?

At home 20 minutes of the trial. In the Salon for up to 1 hour.
Why it is for FREE?
This is a very unique and unusual business model. Our goal is to demonstrate its inexpensive, alternative healthcare products to everyone over 18+. As many don’t believe that it could be possible we provide three FREE sessions for people to get experience themselves.
How do you make money?
Our profit is derived from the rent and sales of thermal massage beds, ecomats, supplements, etc.
Is the equipment safe to use?
All Electrical equipment has at least CE certificate and will be PAT tested regularly.
How do I need to dress?
You can dress how you feel comfortable, but probably casual clothes would be better and more suitable. Please respect MedLand Stuff or people around you, therefore, wear clean clothes.
Do I need to take my clothes off?
No, you don’t need to take clothes off as all ‘hard work’ doing equipment. However, if you will be wearing a belt you will need to take it off.
If you decided to try LFQ machines, the sticky pads should be put on the skin, therefore you could be asked to lift up a little bit of your shirt.
Can my children use the equipment?
We are on the market to show a possibility to everyone over 18+ how to by using natural resources to improve health or prevent some illnesses. As with any medical equipment, it shouldn’t be used without the consent and supervision of your doctor or adult who would be responsible for children well-being. Provided this consent, the equipment may be well suited for the whole family including children.
